About Cobblestone Springs

Cobblestone Springs is located in the ever-growing town of Avon, Indiana, northwest of the intersection of US 36 (Rockville Road) and Dan Jones. Our homeowners enjoy all the comforts and conveniences of a major urban location with the quiet serenity of a small suburban town. Fuel stops, groceries, home improvement stores, fast food, sit down restaurants and pharmacies are all located within a 3 mile radius of our community.

Entering our neighborhood from the main entrance off of Dan Jones, you’ll immediately see our eye-catching waterfall which runs year-round for the enjoyment of our visitors and residents. Cobblestone Springs boasts one of the largest common areas in the town of Avon nestled between our two serene ponds. Residents can relax for an afternoon of fishing and picnicking on these communal grounds or sit back and allow their children to play on our community playground. All common areas are meticulously maintained by professional landscapers to ensure the beauty of our neighborhood grounds.

Our residents connect with their neighbors through the annual Easter egg hunt and midsummer block parties. The annual garage sale allows Cobblestone Springs to showcase our homeowners, grounds and landmarks to visitors from the surrounding communities and other locales.

Looking for something more extravagant to do?

Situated just west of the Indianapolis metropolitan area, our neighborhood is just minutes from shopping, sports and recreational activities of the Indianapolis downtown area including Lucas Oil Stadium, Conseco Field house and the Indiana Repertory Theater. Race fan? The Indianapolis Motor Speedway is just northwest of us, located in the town of Speedway, Indiana.

Is shopping your idea of fun but don’t care to go into the city? Our residents enjoy the convenience of the Metropolis shopping and movie complex just minutes south of us in the town of Plainfield, Indiana.

Looking to stay fit? Besides our community trail and sidewalks for walking and jogging, the Avon YMCA and several other commercial fitness centers are just down the street. We’re also short drive from the Plainfield Recreational Center and Splash Island Water park. Avon’s outdoor activities also include multiple parks and baseball diamonds.

Cobblestone Springs is a vibrant and thriving community, quiet and serene with a host of amenities in any direction.
